Yup, I know mine is doing this because it's failing to connect to the database of the default environment, even if I explicitly pass --env=dev

Similar issue - running queue:listen --env=production from supervisord shows no commands defined in the 'queue' namespace. However, running it in shell in the same directory works just fine.
