Solution
Found it! This is what I ended up doing.
$results = Excel::load($filename)->get();
$var = 0;
foreach($results as $rows)
{
$rowYouNeed = $row->field;
if($rowYouNeed != null){
$var = $row->field;
}else{
$rowYouNeed = $var;
}
}
