No, it is just Sublime Text is NOT an IDE. Don't expect it to do everything that PHPStorm does as ST is a general text editor and PHPStorm is an IDE that's totally focused on PHP language. Besides Sublime Text does not support type hints(at least not in the way PHPStorm does) so all you can actually see is just a name of the method, you won't see any annotations for given method like you see in PHPStorm.
