Input Database Forms

I try to update user image but when i try to update it save image name in database like C:\wamp\tmp\php5037.tmp but i want save name like-1424281860-photo_portrait-wallpaper-1366x768.jpg my controller is http://laravel.io/bin/1yr2b

help???
