You have to add

	"require": {
		"illuminate/html": "5.*",

to your composer.json and update afterwards. Form and HTML were separated from the basic installation.

Taylor decided some time ago that these would no longer be core components, and should be maintained by the community.

You can install the original components as noted above, but their replacement is now https://github.com/LaravelCollective/html
