Hey guys , i kind of need some help from you wonderful people

I am planning to go for an interview and they have assigned me the following tasks :

now i don't quite understand the part where he is saying make the following cucumber scenario pass , What senario pass ?? .

My other problem is i have never tested using php or any other language .

can somebody help me get started on this ?? Please .

i have never done testing , is this task relatively simple ? where do i start ?

even if you vaguely answer my question , i'd be highly grateful .
