Change your .env email part like this

MAIL_DRIVER=smtp 
MAIL_HOST=smtp.googlemail.com
MAIL_PORT=465
MAIL_USERNAME=your email here
MAIL_PASSWORD=your password here
MAIL_ENCRYPTION=ssl

and one more think, you may need to know about Google less secure app Turn on & Off
