This error : SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002], generally refers to a wrong connection attempt or a missing file... Hard to tell here if it's your MySQL that just crash everyday or if it's your Laravel app that make it crash... You should check the database status maybe, repair tables, check your hard drive either I would suggest.
