Security Packages Jobs

I need to integrate a Payment API from an Austrian service provider into my project. Unfortunately they use XML and SOAP and i do not have any experience with this. I would be very grateful for any kind of help of how to integrate this into LARAVEL 5. Payment PHP API can be viewed here:
