I found that the directory for the classes was missing. I copied that directory from another server since we don't have a backup copy that goes back to October to recover it. I still have the issue so not sure why it's not finding the class files.

Did you import pda/pheanstalk ~3.0? See http://laravel.com/docs/5.0/queues..
