First, you need to have a project you're working on.. If you want to create a new Laravel Project, go to where you want the project to be installed and type
composer create-project laravel/laravel --prefer-dist
Hi I did that, I pointed my terminal to the test folder and I centered that line of code and I got this error "composer: command not found"
