Configuration Cache Database

Solution

can you try command "php artisan config:cache", I am not sure but that might solve your problem

Thank you for your reply. I forgot about this issue and left it. Now I just ran my app php artisan server, entered that url localhost:8000/lists/count and got the correct response i.e. there is now bug anymore. Weird. Maybe your solution also would help. Thanks anyway :)
