Have you thought of implementing sime kind of HMVC? I'm in the same situation.

Personally, Option A.
With regard to related models / entities, that entirely depends. If the contacts are their own entity that can also be used for other things then likely I'd put them in the Acme\Contact namespace. If a Contact is only relevant to a user then I might do Acme\User\Contact.
