Hey!

This greatly depends on how your client/the enduser is going to use/manage it. If there'll be multiple users who manage the system/content, then jetstream would be an option because you don't have to do all on your own regarding user management, auth, password stuff, 2FA and/or teams. But you could also use Laravel Breeze, which offers the base styles and a little less functionality than jetstream.

You could also use already existing CMS like Statamic, OctoberCMS, ... and build your functionality into them.
