Someone wrote a blade syntax highlighter for Sublime Text, and it works great for me.
Also, Apparently PHPstorm has blade syntax highlighting in progress.

I think Komodo Edit / ide has it. Not sure though, I an writing from the phone, so I cant check. It could be a plugin.
Also using Blade for SublimeText 2 and now switched to PHPStorm and this little bundle to support Blade: https://github.com/outofcontrol/Blade.tmbundle
Well, I am not fan of Sublime, I like solid full-featured IDE and I don't find Sublime suitable for my needs. It is a real shame there is no full support for almost any php templating engine out there, unlike Razor in .Net world which is just amazing...

Did you check Komodo? Netbeans has at least twig support. Many have smarty support. Should be more, Im back on my phone though (often read laravel.io on the bus ;) ). Eclipse pdt?
