Authentication Session Laravel.io

Hello to all. I have an issue that i can't understand what is wrong.

I got CRM and when users is login and start to moving to another page, the user session is changed and user become for example from Jay to Philip, also some time Auth:check() return NULL when moving to another page, but login is successful and redirect to main page.

Than you for help.
