I'm new to Laravel, when I create a project I get errors that appear in the node_modules folder, resources folder, storage folder, vendor folder, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, thank you very much in advance

composer version 2.54 netbeans 17 laravel 10.1.5 node 19.7 npm 9.5
