Change paginated url '?page=' to '?p=' or something else. Possible?

Is it possible to change a paginator url to something else besides '?page=' ?

Delete relations/child relations without CASCADE

I have the following models (example!). When deleting a tutorial I'm expecting the 'deleted' method...

I found Laravel on Hostgator to be incredibly slow (baby croc plan) so switched to AWS.
