APP_DEBUG = TRUE on my .env

then you should normally see the error page instead of the generic "oops something went wrong" page.

but it's strange it show me oops something went wrong generic one, I search over the google it wasn't found too weather it change or revert.

every time you see a 500 page, it means the server failed to give you a response, (server error) check your server logs, both php error log and the apache error log. A quick google on how to do this will solve your problem in no time.
