this means that there is no mysql server in 192.168.108.4 or is blocked by firewall.

Thanks for your help,

But the mysql server at 192.168.108.4 is a virtual machine that is on the same machine that 192.168.108.7, which is where I have the laravel! Where do I configure the firewall? Where machines?

try to disable the firewall of 192.168.108.4 then try again

But how do I turn off the firewall 192.168.108.4 , it is linux! I'll have to find out about this! Once you know I will answer! But database.php configuration is correct?
