Okay, as i have found out the \File facades underlying class actually the Filesystem class which i included in my example.

But the \File::method runs with basic configuration insteat of the configuration in config\filesystem.php. I think i am missing something here? I havent done much with laravel yet. Do i have to load some serviceProvider so filesystem works properly?
