Requests Architecture Configuration

I'm using the Form Request validation, but how do I validate my pivot tables?

For example when I attach an user to a project, I want to be sure of 2 things:

  • The user who adds the other user must have privileges to do so
  • The user added to the project (pivot) must be within the same organisation as the project.

I'm using Laravel 5.1
