SB Admin should be helpful. There is also an updated version 2 that you should look at on the same site. Each has pros and cons, specifically with how the menu is handled on mobiles.

Thanks, I can use that, but I also want an end user layout.

The SB Admin theme can be whatever you want. Just hop in and tweak it. Based on Bootstrap with only a small CSS sheet extra for the sidebar.

However, if you still want to not code yourself you can check out themeforest. They have quite a few high-quality themes for front-end and backends (some even having both.)

try my dashbaord (WIP). it's minimal and customizable. Uses LESS for styles. https://github.com/astroanu/bootstrap-dashboard-theme problem with other themes out there is there is too much 3rd party unwanted libraries, the source is bloated and when you remove all the unwanted parts you are left with a small portion of code.
