Looking for contractors to help execute some large-ish Laravel 4 projects on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per week).

This is a great opportunity to work on some highly visible projects using the cutting edge in PHP tech.

Beginners need-not apply: we're after developers who have experience working at scale. You need to understand caching, distribution, and how to structure large MVC apps in a sane way.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Experience working with larger content-driven applications.
• The ability to work independently and without supervision.
• To be willing to join in on conversations about architecture and software design.
• ... but at the same time understand that we're working to deadlines, so sometimes the best solution is the "one that works."

Goes without saying, but you need to know Laravel 4, PHP 5.5, RESTful API design, Git & GitHub inside-out. IronMQ, Redis, PostGRES and Elasticsearch experience would be nice bonuses.

We don't care where you are, but we work on Australian EST (GMT+11) and Indochina (GMT+7) time, so you need to be available for Skype meetings held in that timezone. Fast Internet and decent English skills are a must.
