A new french translation is a waste of time as it already exists here: github. You can read/use it online here: laravel.fr

@gilr I will contact them, maybe is better to use Crowdin than GitHub, but is their decision

Let me know if the French translation turns out to be a bust. I've been contributing to it till I read further down into this.
