I run centos, but can't see a problem with Ubuntu. I too run Apache and on the rare occasion I need multiple servers I load balance between them with sessions in db

Replying to myself here for the sake of the forum users.
After researching I discovered that Ubuntu Server is not so different from Debian. That's because of Ubuntu being Debian based.
But I choose Debian mostly because :
– faster securities uptades – less bloated – truly community driven and support
