This sounds to me more like a CRM application, than a ERP application. What features does the ERP has? - every feature, that the business requires, you google for common ERP features. I am developing kind of ERP and kind of CRM applications every day. The beautiful thing about this kind of applications, that they never stop being developed - the business always requires new stuff.
