Haven't used it before, but looking at the docs on github I would say put the function in a command and run it from artisan. Make sure the progress flag is set to true and use the method they provided to check details. Sonus::getProgress('uniqueid');

If nothing at all is happening for you check your errors logs to see if any useful output.

That was a pretty good idea and it helps me to figure out what was happening! I didn't realize that we have a tmp file to see the log's conversion! So then I discovered that by the application I couldn't call the FFMPEG because I make it wrong on the config file!

I didn't fix it yet, but since I do I will post here the solution!
