We can create temporary table using Laravel 4
Example:
// CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE
$productList = DB::insert( DB::raw( "CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tempproducts") );
// DELETE TEMPORARY TABLE
$dropTable = DB::unprepared( DB::raw( "DROP TEMPORARY TABLE tempproducts" ) );
