Did you change the permissions on the /app/storage directory?

If not, run this: sudo chmod -R 777 ./app/storage

Where are you seeing the error? In the command line or when you try to view the page in a browser?

its when i open the page so in my case localhost/laravel/fresh/app/routes.app .

I also try the basic route from the tutorial page http://laravel.com/docs/quick , and try to open it by localhost/laravel/fresh/app/routes.app/users and got the same error .
