Does the site still run? Is your site still in /home/alen/Sites/questions?

Maybe run composer update.

I don't know, I can't execute php artisan serve. Also when I run composer update, I get message that there is nothing to update and at the end I again see this error.

Solution

I solved it by creating new project and then I copied all controllers, views, routes... from old to new project.
