This may seem late or something, But I have a project that implements that, it is called SCALE - Server Client Application Layer Engine. but the new version is dojoLV it will use dojotoolkit and laravel4 you can visit us a dojolv.com and join our google+ group so you can get update on its release
if it is not too late I may be able to cooked something up for you. a bit later. just the partially of what you need as I cant release our full code as of now.
