I saw a package the other day that is probably pretty close to what you are looking for.
I'm on my phone at the moment but I believe it was ryantabada (spelling is probably wrong) but he is linked to the wardrobe cms project.
If I don't forget I'll log in from my pc and post the link.

I found it using a search for wardrobe cms project, thanks illuminate3. Here is the GitHub repository rtablada/package-installer , in case someone else is looking for it. I have not tried it out yet.
