Installation Authentication Packages

Sentry 2 is laravel 4.2 package It is incompatible with laravel 5. You have to move to sentry 3.

If you want to use sentry 2, check package bridge It allows 4.2 packages to work with l5. I didn't tried with sentry 2. https://github.com/morrislaptop/LaravelFivePackageBridges
