I have been using Homestead for both Laravel and Lumen development for quite a while. I just rebooted my computer as Chrome was pooping out on me. I booted Homestead back up and am now seeing the Apache2 Debian default page. Rather odd. I have several development domains running and they are all displaying this page. I have changed nothing and the yaml file is still fine. Any ideas? I'm running Mac if that helps.
No need to reply, unless someone knows what may have happened. I just destroyed the homestead vm and created a new one. Works now...
This just happened to me, as well. It was a permission problem with nginx for some reason.
nginx -t
showed:
[emerg] open() "/run/nginx.pid" failed (13: Permission denied)
I tried deleting the nginx pid & then homestead halt, up but no help.
Finally just destroyed, worked again immediately.
