Solution

Here is a sample migration :

		Schema::create('test_table', function(Blueprint $table)
		{
			$table->increments('id');
			$table->integer('order_id')->unsigned()->index();
			$table->foreign('order_id')->references('id')->on('orders')->onDelete('cascade');
			$table->timestamps();

		});
