If this is for a select then have user filter the box first for example if the country starts with u, have them type in a u and just show results for all countries that start with u.
Solution
I have just found the problem which is caused my Language class. I was using my own language system which is using database. I have shown the country names as language phrase and calling the Language class for 245 times slowed down the system. I have returned back to laravels own localization system and the pages are flying now. @jimgwhit thanks for your response...
