Thank you for the envoy template @shabushabu.
I'm using rocketeer as well and have the same problems. From time to time some updates break the functionality of rocketeer. I'll be switch to envoy or fabfile (www.fabfile.org) as a standalone tool. No dependencies, no breaks. :)
fabfile is very similar to envoy but with some more functionalty.

Would it be possible to use Laravel's helper base_path() within Envoy to point to your app location?
