Hi Swgj19,

Have a look at CamelotAuth as thats exactly why i built it The current version supports local authentication and oauth 1 and 2 the new version in development will also include SAML2 IDP And SP it will allow you to turn your app in a Oauth2 Server for allowing other apps to login using your site
