In my app I'd like users to decide how they want to receive notifications (different channels and different time intervals)

none instant hourly daily What would be the best approach when doing this kind of tasks? (my concern is for the daily and hourly bulks) Taking in consideration that, in the future, there can be thousands or tens of thousands of notifications (per day at least).
Would appreciate some input in this matter.
