This is a helpdesk (ticket system) package for laravel, it's a package not a stand alone version, so it integrates with your current laravel project smoothly.
It's simple, just the main needed features such as creating tickets, automatically distributes tickets to agents, status, categories, email notifications, tickets comments ...
