You can use the --force switch
For instance,
php artisan migrate:refresh --force
This will not ask you to confirm again.

Shouldn't -n (or --no-interaction) help? Can't try it right now, but should work.
php artisan entrust:migration --no-interaction
This should prevent any questions and just say "yes" to everything.
