i guess your application needs mongo db to run.. check https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/installation/ on how to do this.

I manage to run mongo,create a db and set at config files the username and password. But I have the error again. phpinfo writes that I have the 1.1.8 version At json files I have "ext-mongo": "*", I have the dll php_mongodb.dll at ext folder of php
