Solution

Okay, so the solution was not that simple at first sight but absolutely doable. Eventually I made my own Trait for this particular purpose. The two file I used as base was:

  • Illuminate/Database/Eloquent/SoftDeletingScope.php
  • Illuminate/Database/Eloquent/SoftDeletingTrait.php

After a few minutes it's pretty easy to create your own Trait for similar scenarios.
