Doesn't that only explain how to upgrade while keeping the old folder structure? I'm talking about utilising the new structure.

Yea, you would have to shuffle things around quite a bit. It might be the more extreme approach, but I'm migrating an application that's in development and actually just created a new project and copying. Since our entire application was already namespaced with PSR-4, the trickiest part becomes moving the configuration files.
