Solution

You can't install Laravel via composer on cpanel reseller account ( shared hosting ) since you need terminal access and shared hosing does not have it.

What you can do is following: #- Install Wamp server on your desktop PC #- Install Composer on your desktop PC #- Install Laravel via Composer on your desktop PC #- Move Laravel files on the server #- Configure Laravel files in config folder
