This is where Vagrant shines. You can forget about such inconsistencies between different systems, thanks to a common VM that everyone on your team uses for development. The most awesome of all, is that the Laravel has created such a VM for us Laravel developpers. It's called Homestead, and I strongly recommend you and your team give it a try.
