Solution
Caffine has several packages. Use shinobi for permissions or roll your own.
I normally put my model into the module that makes most sense. Then I use namespace to call that model if I need it in another module. Is this the best approach? I don't know.
I highly suggest that you plan out your sections of the application, I would divide them into controllers. Then you can see which module that they go into.
