Can't you just do a composer install?

Hi Jimgwhit

Yes, I cannot do a composer install due to the fact that larval.com/laravel.phar is not accessible (I suppose)

Please see my previous post for the details...

Thanks !

For a moment forget about the word phar and try:

composer create-project laravel/laravel --prefer-dist

Thank you

I realized that laravel seems to be installed (I get the welcome screen). The problem is that when I install it I get a 500 error just at the end of the install process:

Writing lock file Generating autoload files Status: 500 Internal Server Error
