if im not mistaken it just a regular HTML or JS. so just add it any where in your HTML layout.

Solved

Ok I added it to "footer.blade.php" between <footer id="footer"> and </footer> following the last </p> I added <BR> <BR> (for a bit of head room) and pasted the statement followed by </footer>

Hope this might aid someone else.
